(128) Large Medkits for those in need of lots of health!

These are an absolute must for keeping heath good while doing monuments / puzzles etc.

NOTE : These will restore health but not as quick as the medical syringes as those are instant! 

This item comes stacked requiring 1 Open Inventory slot to be open. Simply drag and drop the item to an open slot to get the normal stack of 2 per slot!
